By gathering just a few additional ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry and fridge, you can create a whole menu for a Harvest Party! Hot cider and a festive party mix will tide your guests over while you prepare the main dish. Then really wow guests with two gorgeous dessert options. Guests will think you prepped for weeks, and they never need to know the difference!

Greet your guests in from the cool fall weather with a warm cup of cider. When you have a batch of Wind & Willow Apple Cider simmering on the stove the smell fills your whole house and sets a cozy fall mood without even setting out decorations.

Harvest Party Mix

For this super easy recipe, simply gather an assortment of cereal, crackers, and festive candy that you have on hand and coat in oil. In our family, nothing says fall like a big pot of chili. This amazing recipe feeds a crowd and uses our Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball Mix to really enhance the flavor. Just grab some ground beef at the store (or defrost some from the freezer), because you likely already have everything else on hand for this easy recipe.

Turtle Cheesecake Brownies

Prepare a boxed brownie mix. Prepare a Turtle Cheesecake Cheeseball Mix plus one egg. Swirl the two together. Experience the most decadent dessert of all time. Once cut up, these basically become a portable cheesecake with a super thick brownie crust.

Our cider mixes are especially versatile. The original recipe just calls for a gallon of apple cider or apple juice, and it will fill your entire home with the smell of sweet autumn spices. These mixes can also turn your traditional apple pie into a Caramel Apple Pie, store bought sugar cookies into Spiced Orange Cookies, and with a splash of spiced rum, your mug of cider will turn into a Caramel Toddy. β€’ Wind & Willow Original Mulled Cider Mix

β€’ 2 eggs, beaten

β€’ 1 box yellow cake mix

β€’ 1 can apple pie filling

β€’ 1 cup chopped pecans


Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.  Pour into a lightly oiled 9×13” pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cool and serve!  Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce for an extra special treat!
